Latest Custom Tank Project

Here is one of the latest very custom tanks! Very different from the standard line, and not a OCC this time. This is a special replacement tank designed per customer specs.
 

The mounting clips were designed and located to fit the customers dimensions.

 

All panels and clips were hand fabricated and formed.

Beaded nipples per customer's size request.

The filler neck selected is a 51mm billet machined type welded on with 5/16" brass barb relief nipple.

Well, I don't do something like this very often, so I thought I'd post some photos!

It takes a little longer to get something like this done.

INCREDIBLE DUAL STAGE CONFIGURATION !!!

This could be one of the most badass custom jobs to date! This is a Dual stage OCC sized in the Stage 3 style. This double filters the line and is the of the most extreme systems available anywhere!


Not to mention this Bad Boy is headed to South Africa! Extreme tank for extreme conditions!

Current Fabrication Status

Hi All! Just want to thank everybody for spreading the good word to friends and other people on forums all over the World!
2012 is looking to be the most active year yet! GREAT NEWS! This just means that the quality of hand worked custom products is appreciated by people in the know!

We are working extended hours trying to keep pace with the demand, and since custom orders take a little longer, we are falling a little behind and our backlog is reaching the peak summer levels sooner than expected.

I appreciate everybody's patience! I certainly hope I have made everybody aware that we have more orders than normal, and we are doing our best to get them out quick.
